Excelsior Correspondent CHENNAI, Sept 6: The 13th annual convocation of VIT Chennai was held here today. Dr Palanivel Thiaga Rajan, Minister for Information Technology and Digital Services, Government of Tamil Nadu, participated in the convocation ceremony as the chief guest.
