Actor Ajay Devgn has launched a Devgn CineX multiplex at Hiranandani Estate in Thane, marking the township’s first cinema. The five-screen property with 953 seats features Dolby sound and digital projection. Developed with House of Hiranandani, it opened March 19, reflecting the rise of integrated townships offering in-house entertainment infrastructure.
