Alkali Metals Limited announced the resignation of Independent Director Mr. Murali Krishna Chevuturi effective June 8, 2026, due to health reasons. Consequently, he ceased to be a member of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees. The Board of Directors acknowledged his contributions during his tenure.
