The Amarnath Yatra 2026 is set for a 57-day run from July 3 to August 28, expecting lakhs of devotees. Pilgrims can choose between the shorter Baltal route or the longer Pahalgam trek. Registration requires a Rs 150 fee and a valid health certificate issued after April 8, 2026. Helicopter services are available to Panchtarni, but the final six kilometers to the cave shrine must be covered on foot.
