Apollo doctor recommends: 5 lifestyle changes to reduce 'Glycosylated Hemoglobin' and prevent diabetes naturally

A senior neurologist from Apollo Hospitals outlined five science-backed lifestyle habits that can lower glycosylated haemoglobin (HbA1c) and reduce diabetes risk without medication. His recommendations include modest weight loss, regular aerobic and strength exercise, a low-carb or Mediterranean diet, time-restricted eating and increasing daily movement. According to him, combining these steps can bring down HbA1c by up to 1–2%, an improvement similar to starting diabetes treatment.
