ARSS Infrastructure Projects Limited appointed M/s A D V AND CO LLP as statutory auditor following the merger of its previous auditor, M/s M A R S & Associates. Shareholders approved the appointment via an Ordinary Resolution at an EGM on June 9, 2026. The new auditor will serve until the conclusion of the 26th Annual General Meeting.
