Automotive Axles has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for Tuesday, May 19, 2026, under Regulation 29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, to approve audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The board will also consider recommending a final dividend on equity shares for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting.
