Bank Of Baroda Settles NMC Health Dispute With ₹5,700 Crore Out-Of-Court Deal

Bank of Baroda has settled its legal dispute with NMC Health PLC, NMC Healthcare Ltd, and NMC Holding Ltd through a USD 600 million out-of-court payment via its Abu Dhabi branch, ending proceedings in Abu Dhabi and the UK. Separately, the PSU lender reported 17% credit growth, 14% deposit growth, and total business of Rs 30.5 lakh crore in Q1 FY27.
