BASF India shareholders approve Scheme of Arrangement

BASF India Limited shareholders approved the Scheme of Arrangement to demerge the agricultural solutions business into a separate listed entity, BASF Agricultural Solutions India Limited. The resolution passed with 99.99% approval, and the company reported agricultural sales of INR 1944cr for 2025-26.
