Karnataka's ruling Congress plans to establish ten thousand youth associations soon. These associations will receive an annual grant of ten lakh rupees each. The clubs will be named after Rahul Gandhi's Bharat Jodo Yatra. They will organize sports and cultural activities for members. The opposition BJP has raised concerns about the scheme's intent.
