CHANDIGARH, Sept 27: Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) terrorist Parminder Singh alias Pindi, who was allegedly involved in multiple heinous crimes, has been extradited from the UAE, Punjab’s Director General of Police Gaurav Yadav said on Saturday.
