BLS E-Services Limited completed the acquisition of 100% equity in Atyati Technologies Private Limited for ₹156.82 crore on July 02, 2026, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary. Atyati Technologies, an AI-powered banking technology firm serving 35+ banks via 25,900+ CSPs across 100,000 villages, reported revenues of ₹375.80 crore in FY 2025-26. The deal aims to expand BLS E-Services's business correspondent network and enhance service delivery to rural and underbanked segments.
