Borosil Renewables accepts HR GM cessation from senior role

Borosil Renewables Limited has accepted the cessation of Mr. Dilip Acharya as Senior Management Personnel effective July 13, 2026, due to a change in the internal reporting structure. Acharya, the former General Manager – Human Resources, will continue his employment with the company. The disclosure was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
