CBSE 3-language policy: Can retirees and PGs solve the teacher shortage in schools?

In an affidavit to the Supreme Court, CBSE said its 'practical' solution to the three-language policy teacher shortage amid the nation-wise transition was to hire retired teachers, 'suitably qualified postgraduates', and even incorporate virtual or hybrid teaching.
