LEH/JAMMU, Jun 8: Defence Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh has visited the forward areas along the Indo-Pak and Sino-Indian borders in the Leh Sector and reviewed the operational preparedness, border infrastructure and logistical sustainability of troops in Ladakh.
