Delhi HC asks Centre to reply to plea challenging new labour codes

The Delhi High Court on Wednesday sought the Centres response on a petition challenging the notification on Industrial Relations Code 2020 without framing relevant rules for implementation or constituting any tribunals.A bench of Chief Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya and Justice Tushar Rao Gedela asked the additional solicitor general, representing the Centre, to get instructions from the authorities and take remedial steps according to law.
