Delhi HC grants interim bail to Baramulla MP Engineer Rashid for father's funeral

Baramulla MP Sheikh Abdul Rashid has been granted interim bail by the Delhi High Court until June 2 following the death of his father. Currently lodged in Tihar Jail in connection with terror-funding charges, Rashid will be escorted by police during his temporary release. The relief allows him to attend his fathers funeral and related ceremonies.
