Delhi HC says GRAP guidelines do not create enforceable work-from-home rights for Central employees

The Delhi High Court has stated that the Graded Response Action Plan is for pollution control, not for individual employee rights. A central government employee's plea for work-from-home due to workplace pollution was denied. The court noted that GRAP provisions for work-from-home are discretionary and have been revoked. The employee can seek a transfer out of Delhi on health grounds.
