Excelsior Sports Correspondent JAMMU, Dec 11: Jammu and Kashmir Police organised a felicitation ceremony at the Officers’ Mess, Jammu, to honour the J&K Deaf Cricket Team and Para Judo medallists for their outstanding achievements. The event was presided over by DGP Nalin Prabhat, who was joined by senior police officers, athletes and coaches.
