DiGiSPICE Reports FY26 Profit, Reverses Prior Loss

DiGiSPICE Technologies reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 1,926.20 lakh for FY26, reversing a net loss of Rs 3,888.50 lakh in the previous year. For the quarter ended March 31, 2026, the company posted a net profit of Rs 276.22 lakh compared to a net loss of Rs 1,225.37 lakh in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The Board approved the audited standalone and consolidated results and noted the classification of Digital Technology Services as discontinued operations.
