Dr Agarwals Health Care shareholders approve amalgamation

Dr Agarwal's Health Care Limited shareholders approved the Scheme of Amalgamation with Dr Agarwal's Eye Hospital Limited through a special majority at an NCLT-convened meeting on July 02, 2026. The meeting, chaired by Shri L N Gupta, saw the participation of 47 shareholders, meeting the requisite quorum. The resolution was passed under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013.
