Espire Hospitality Limited accepted the resignation of Anish Arun Shah as a Non-Executive Independent Director effective July 14, 2026, due to his relocation outside India. The board reconstituted its Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, Stakeholders' Relationship, Risk Management, and CSR committees, appointing Dileep Kumar as Chairman across all. Additionally, the board approved an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting on August 7, 2026, to seek shareholder approval for the re-appointment of Dileep Kumar as an Independent Director for a second term of five years from August 10, 2026, to August 9, 2031.
