F1 to return to India? Sports Minister to set up task force for revival of sport

Sports Minister Mansukh Mandaviya has ordered a task force to assess major motorsport events and map Formula One's return to India. The move fixes a 2028 target for a Grand Prix while linking the bid to investment, tourism and grassroots development.
