Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) Limited appointed Mr. Varun Dua as Additional Director (Non-Executive Non-Independent) effective January 12, 2026, following a board meeting on January 8, 2026. Mr. Dua brings over 20 years of finance experience from Fortune 100 companies including General Electric and Walmart, currently serving as Vice President of Treasury and M&A at Tenneco.
