FIDE has implemented a new dress code for the World Rapid and Blitz tournament in Doha, Qatar, with strict rules against sloppy appearances and offensive logos. Magnus Carlsen, who withdrew last year, will participate but with tighter jeans. Betting, alcohol, and tobacco logos are also prohibited.
