Filatex Fashions Limited successfully concluded its Extraordinary General Meeting on May 21, 2026, approving the issuance of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds and an increase in authorized share capital. The meeting, attended by 30 members, also passed resolutions regarding investments under Section 186 and FPI investment limits.
