Excelsior Correspondent KISHTWAR, Feb 2: Lieutenant General PK Mishra, General Officer Commanding (GOC) White Knight Corps, along with the GOC CIF (Delta), visited Kishtwar area to review the counter-terrorism grid and assess the operational preparedness of Army units deployed in the region.
