Grooming Future Leaders: IITs' Ambitious Leadership Training Programme

The Indian Institutes of Technology are developing a two-year leadership training programme to groom promising faculty for future directorial roles. Led by IIT Bombay, the programme will focus on enhancing academic, research, and leadership competencies. Support from IIMs may be sought to augment the training.
