GRSE appoints Cmde A Vinith as Executive Director (Technical)

Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd has appointed Cmde A Vinith, IN (Retd.) as Executive Director (Technical) effective May 26, 2026, under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations. Cmde Vinith Aerat, who joined GRSE in 2021, holds degrees from Cochin University of Science and Technology and IITs. With over 27 years of experience in the Indian Navy, he previously led shipbuilding design activities and currently heads Business & Technology Development.
