High-quality care for all: Govt's standard protocols in cardiology and pulmonology aim to protect patients from over-treatment

The Union government is standardizing healthcare nationwide by mandating 157 standard treatment workflows across 28 specialties, including cardiology and dermatology. Hospitals and medical colleges are urged to adopt these protocols developed by ICMR, WHO and National Health Authority.
