ideaForge Technology has launched a qualified institutional placement (QIP) to raise up to ₹500 crore, with an indicative issue price of ₹795 per equity share, representing a 5.4% discount to its July 7 NSE closing price. The proceeds will be used for debt repayment, funding the working capital gap, investment in product development and general corporate purposes.
