India To Mourn Qatar’s Father Amir

In a statement, New Delhi said the National Flag would be flown at half-mast across the country on all buildings where it is regularly displayed and that there would be no official entertainment on the day. It said minister of parliamentary affairs and minority affairs Kiren Rijiju would visit Qatar to convey condolences on behalf of the Government of India
