Indo Thai Securities EGM on July 24 to consider demerger

Indo Thai Securities Limited has called an EGM on July 24, 2026, via video conferencing to approve the demerger of its broking and distribution business into Indo Thai Financial Services Limited (ITFSL). The NCLT has directed the meeting, where shareholders will vote on the scheme. If approved, shareholders will receive new ITFSL shares in a 1:1 ratio. Remote e-voting is open from July 20 to July 23, 2026.
