Institutional deliveries up from 88.6% to 90.6% in 2023-24: NFHS-6

Institutional deliveries in India have increased from 88.6 per cent in 2019-2021 to 90.6 per cent in 2023-24, moving closer towards universal coverage, according to the National Family Health Survey-6 released on Friday.
