Excelsior Sports Correspondent SRINAGAR, Jan 3: The Jammu & Kashmir Water Sports Kayaking and Canoeing Association today flagged off a contingent of 30 players for participation in the 14th Dragon Boat National Championship, scheduled to be held from January 6 to 9 at Lower Lake, Bhopal.
