Jonjua Overseas Limited has scheduled a board meeting for March 24, 2026, to consider the resignation of Company Secretary CS Vaishali Rani and approve the transfer of CS Riva Maini from subsidiary Jonjua Air Limited. The meeting, announced under Regulation 29 compliance, will also review general company affairs under the supervision of Managing Director Major Harjinder Singh Jonjua.
