Kerala Budget 2026: CM Satheesan announced several taxpayer concessions and amnesty schemes designed to clear long-pending dues and provide relief to small taxpayers. The revised Budget estimates revenue receipts at Rs 1,69,646.37 crore against revenue expenditure of Rs 2,05,001.67 crore, leaving a revenue deficit of Rs 35,355.30 crore.
