Lemon Tree Hotels Announces Major Reorganisation With Warburg Pincus Investment in Fleur Hotels

Lemon Tree Hotels has announced a major group reorganisation with Warburg Pincus acquiring APG Strategic Real Estate Pool's 41.09% stake in Fleur Hotels and investing up to ₹960.00 crore in primary capital. The restructuring will create two focused platforms - Lemon Tree as an asset-light management business and Fleur as the hotel ownership arm. Fleur will be separately listed within 12-15 months, with the scheme effective from April 1, 2026.
