Prime Minister Narendra Modi says indigenous weapons were key in Operation Sindoor. He inaugurated projects worth over Rs 9,000 crore in Aizawl, covering railways, roadways, energy, and sports. India's economy grew by 7.8% in the first quarter of 2025-26. Aizawl is now on India's railway map with the Bairabi-Sairang broad gauge line.
