Maharashtra Deputy CM Eknath Shinde was admitted to a private hospital in Thane after developing a high fever and severe weakness, reportedly due to exhaustion from an intense political schedule. His condition is stable under specialist care. His hospitalisation led to the postponement of a Shiv Sena induction event, which was later conducted by MP Dr. Shrikant Shinde.
