
Meet Miss Universe India 2025 winner Manika Vishwakarma from Rajasthan

Manika Vishwakarma from Rajasthan has been crowned Miss Universe India 2025 and will represent the country at the 74th Miss Universe competition in Thailand. In the final round, she won the title by advocating for women's education over economic aid, stating that it is the key to breaking cycles of poverty and transforming the future of families and nations. Originally from Sri Ganganagar and currently a final-year student of Political Science and Economics in Delhi, Vishwakarma is also a trained classical dancer and painter who has been honored by the Lalit Kala Academy and the JJ School of Arts. She expressed gratitude for the support she received on her journey, crediting her family, community, and teachers. India has a history of success at the Miss Universe pageant, with previous winners including Sushmita Sen (1994), Lara Dutta (2000), and Harnaaz Sandhu (2021).
