A Mumbai special PMLA court denied businessman Minesh Shah permission to travel to Iran amid the ongoing US-Israel-Iran conflict, stating it would not be “just and proper.” Shah, under ED investigation in a ₹464.41-crore loan fraud case linked to alleged inflated stock statements and fake balance sheets, was allowed to visit other countries for business purposes.
