Naturo Agrotech India Limited (formerly known as Naturo Indiabull Limited) has announced the appointment of Mr. Mahendra Soni as Additional Director Non-Executive & Independent Director with effect from April 22, 2026. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors during a meeting held at the company's registered office in Jaipur, Rajasthan, and is subject to the approval of shareholders in the next general meeting. The appointment was made pursuant to various provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations, based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee.
