CPIML Liberation general secretary Dipankar Bhattacharya on Sunday said the high voter turnout in the first phase of the Bihar polls indicates that the anti-incumbency factor remains strong among electors, and claimed that the tally of the ruling NDA alliance will reduce to below 100 in the 243-member assembly.
