Excelsior Correspondent BANI, Jan 21: A newly constructed OPD complex building, sanctioned under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative of NHPC at a cost of Rs 1.80 crores, has been completed within the prescribed timeline and formally handed over to the Health Department.
