Nine years on, Kottayam space theatre, Chalakudy planetarium projects yet to be completed

Nine years and an expenditure of ₹20.08 crore later, the government has been unable to open a space theatre at Kerala Science City, Kottayam, and a planetarium building at Regional Science Centre, Chalakudy.
