No service charge on food bill: CCPA orders Barbeque Nation

The Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) passed an order to Barbeque Nation Hospitality Limited to discontinue the practice of levying service charge at its restaurants, after the CCPA took suo moto cognisance of a consumer complaint, reported Bar and Bench.
