Orient Electric Limited has scheduled its 10th Annual General Meeting for July 22, 2026, via video conferencing to adopt audited financial statements for FY26 and declare a final dividend of ₹0.75 per share. The Board recommended the appointment of M/s. Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP as statutory auditors for five years and the re-appointment of Mr. CK Birla as a Non-executive Director. For FY26, the company reported a 7.5% rise in revenue to ₹3,326.39 crore and a 15.18% increase in PAT to ₹95.84 crore.
