Parshva Enterprises Limited reported standalone net profit after tax of ₹26.74 lakhs for the year ended March 31, 2026, up from ₹21.05 lakhs in FY25, with standalone revenue from operations at ₹2475.67 lakhs. On a consolidated basis, net profit after tax rose to ₹25.73 lakhs from ₹18.69 lakhs in FY25. The results were approved at the Board meeting on May 6, 2026, and audited by M/s Bohara Shah & Co., Chartered Accountants, with an unmodified opinion. A key development during the year was the completion of the demerger of the company's Jewellery Business into Simandhar Impex Limited, effective October 17, 2025.
