Pearl Global Industries Limited has scheduled its 37th Annual General Meeting for July 20, 2026, to be conducted via video conferencing. The agenda encompasses the adoption of financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, the re-appointment of Mr. Pulkit Seth, and the appointment of Mr. Rajesh Kumar Singh as an Independent Director. Shareholders will also vote on material related party transactions between subsidiaries Pearl Global Industries FZCO and Norp Knit Industries Limited, capped at ₹1,000 crore for FY 2026-27.
